For your back
- Press the pad firmly onto a clean, smooth wall (tiles or glass) at shoulder height and check that it holds.
- Add a little soap or body wash to the bristles.
- Lean your back against the pad and move gently up, down and side to side.
For your feet
- Place the pad on a clean, smooth floor and check that the base grips securely.
- Wet the bristles and add a little soap or body wash.
- Gently move one foot across the bristles, keeping your balance and using support as needed.
Rinse the pad after use and allow it to dry. Avoid broken or irritated skin. Wet, soapy surfaces can be slippery; the pad is not a fall-prevention aid.
